What a special one this one was – I knew from that first email I got from Pamela. Two lovebirds from across the pond flying all the way to the Italian Alps to elope, just the two of them.

Upon meeting them the day before the wedding to have a walk-through of the entire timeline it was so obvious that they made EXACTLY the right choice for themselves – it couldn’t have been more tailored to their needs and wishes. They renounced upon the great viewing spot right next to the hotel overlooking the town of Merano, instead they opted to wander into the woods to the most peaceful clearing. The only witness to their vows were me, the celebrant and a handful of birds watching.

Not even the rain put a damper on their beautiful ceremony, they embraced it with their entire soul instead of worrying. So we got up at the crack of dawn the next day and drove to a wonderful spot right in the Dolomites to do an After-Wedding-Shoot with no rush, no timeline and no rules. I will remember this experience forever!
